Dambusters’ OC makes first F-35 flight

The new Officer Commanding No 617 Squadron, Wg Cdr John Butcher, has completed his first flight in the F-35B Lightning II during his training at MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina. The ‘Dambusters’ is the first front line UK F-35B Lightning II squadron and will return to RAF Marham, Norfolk,
